Pleasant wooden interior, very bright and very cozy, spacious paking lot, hospitable staff.
Was a bit chilly in the room, the room door was heavy, the toilet was separated from the bathroom.

perfect base for exploring chamonix's fine landscapes and attractions
I had a fantastic time at this hotel, with easy access to the amazing Aiguille du Midi just around 3 km away and the tranquil Lac des Gaillands just about 1 km for lovely walks and picnics, making it ideal for weekend city strolls and park views after relaxing in my cozy room with a mountain view and little balcony.

Great view, very quiet location, very pleasant staff.
We chose this hotel because it looked nice and was in a quiet location. We took a taxi into Chamonix in the evening and it cost 20€ each way which we thought was extortionate. This is not a complaint about the hotel just something that people should consider when booking it..

The room was newly renovated and budget, I had a balcony and coffee facilities. The bed was very comfy and there was free Wi-Fi.

Good place with its cute staff, free parking, seasonal outdoor pool, and game room. I remember when they helped me find my lost necklace on my first stay. I highly recommend trying the restaurant! I'm coming back for a business trip.

The staff are excellent and deserve a 3-star rating. Make sure you stay in the guest room with board games, balcony views, as for instance. They serve fabulous food, have plenty of options to choose from.

We had a fantastic stay where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and cozy evenings by the fireplace. The hot tub and sauna were perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The only thing we missed was a small fridge for some snacks and drinks, but it didn’t take away from our lovely time!

The views from the Mountain Double or Twin Room are staggering, with balcony views that make each morning a treat. The semi-formal dining experience boasts a €30 menu that includes five substantial courses, with a good cheese trolley that rivals Michelin-starred spots.
The spa isn't a sanctuary. It's more of a basic setup in the basement with just a sauna and hot tub, lacking those pampering features you'd expect from a real spa. The absence of fridges in the rooms was a letdown, especially for families. If skiing at Grand Montets or Le Tour is your priority, the location may pose a hassle, as it's not exactly ideal for quick access to those slopes.

The hotel staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. In a really cute location but very quiet with no shops or restaurants in teh direct area. The only down side of the hotel is that without a car, getting around can be difficult as you have to rely on the train and bus services which run every 30 mins (bus) and every hour (train). The night bus runs until 11.30pm
The only thing that would have been an improvement would have been to have tea / coffee making facilities in the room.
